Locked Forms
Form creators can lock forms only to be accessed after payment is recieved and confirmed.
How it works
Click on get started,
Click on Create Form
Add form inputs and click on confguration tab to effortlessly configure your form.
Click the "Save form" to save your form ready for sharing.
You can click on the form image on the list of forms to view responses and form link.
